Under any circumstances, can a refund be given on any products that are being sold. 

Exchanges can be issued if customer can provide that the item has been untouched and is still in the original packaging. 

If the owner of The CK Collection notices the product has been used or tampered with upon receiving the product, then the product will be returned to the customer as is.
