Processing Time:

All in stock orders have a processing time of 4-7 business days. 

All in stock orders during a sale have a processing time of 5-7 business days! 

Please note business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays. 

Business hours are 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday. 

All orders place after that time will be processed the next business day.

Ex: Customer orders on Monday at 4:00pm, order will begin processing that day. 

Customer places an order on Tuesday at 7:00pm, order will begin processing on Wednesday. 

Customer places an order on Thursday at 3:00pm but it is also a holiday, their order will begin to process the next day. 

Shipping Time:

All orders being shipped within the US have a shipping time of 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped by USPS. 

Tracking numbers will be sent on the last day of processing time, or when the order has been shipped. 

Please do not contact about tracking information if your processing time has not exceeded 7 business days!

THE CK COLLECTION IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PACKAGES ONCE THE ITEMS HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE. IF CUSTOMER NOTICES ANY DAMAGES OR HAS NOT RECEIVED THEIR ITEM AFTER TRACKING IT, PLEASE CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE OF THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE FOR ASSISTANCE.
